I have always thought, in most instances, it is much better to listen rather than to speak. 

At TOPS GUNS, we ask several questions of our clients.

When is the event? 

What time and where?

What is the objective of the shoot? 

Is there a deadline?

Can we do a walk thru, if necessary?

Is there a dress code?

We make it a point to never show up any later than 15 - 30 minutes before an event begins so we always have time to discuss any details of the shoot.  It also affords us the opportunity to go over the shot list, become familiar with the guest & VIP list and to check out the shooting locations. It is important to us to stay in touch with the client prior, during and after any event to do any follow up work that is necessary.  

Our job is most often critical to the success of an event.  Frequently, the event can only be revisited through the use of our documented images.  From a small, in house birthday party, to a reception at one of Philadelphia’s fine hotels or restaurants or documenting the visits of heads of state to a political fund-raiser, a high profile concert to a TV/radio promotion, we do not take this responsibility lightly.  Our job is to be on site and ever vigilant.
