Biography

As a young man in a family owned and operated business, I was trained by the best in his field, my Father.  He not only taught me the intricacies of the business, but also instilled in me his philosophy as it related to the other side of a service oriented organization - the client.  In my 20+ years working under my father I had the opportunity to improve my skills as an employer, a businessman and most importantly, in the art of listening. 

Later in life I had the opportunity to pursue my lifelong dream of freelance photography. Through the initial tough years I carried the ideals my father had instilled in me and focused on what would become (years later) TOP GUNS. The client list grew slowly at first, then picked up in speed and quality.  In 1995 I entered into a partnership with another photographer who brought with him the laboratory skills and studio lighting expertise that made TOP GUNS CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY a reality.  In 1998 we had our first political assignment , for Congressman Joe Hoeffel, and the keynote speaker at his fundraiser was First Lady Hilary Rodham Clinton.  This set the precedent for many more political, motion picture, production, hospitality and various other events to come.
